摘要
阐述了EPC工程总承包模式合同结构特点,针对铁路EPC工程总承包合同管理中遇到的一些问题进行分析与研究,提出应合理确定合同范围,工程节点划分并按节点验工计价支付工程款,加强资金管理及加强合同风险管理等合理建议。
This paper elaborated the contract structure characters of EPC project general contract model,analyzed and researched some problems encountered according to railway EPC engineering general contract management,put forward should reasonably determine the contract scope,project node and according to the node test project valuation pay,strengthened fund management and contract risk management and other reasonable suggestions.
