Two new species of Anthomyiidae from eastern Qinghai, China, are described in present paper, type specimens of them are kept in Shanghai Institute of Entomology, Chinese Academy of Sciences. 1. Pegohylemyia choui, sp. nov. (Figs.1~2) Holotype ♂, Banma, Qinghai, China, 30-Ⅵ-1981, collected by Ma Shaoyuan. ♂: Body length 6.5 mm. Related to Italian Alpine species P. vicaria Hennig, 1972, but in ♂ of the present new species, the interfrontalia is 3.3 times as wide as a parafrontalia and not linear, upcurved genal setae in 2 rows not 3 rows, t 1 with 2 pv not 1 pv , t 3 with no pv , not with 2~3 pv as in P. vicaria . It is also closely related to P. vicariola Fan, 1987 from Xizang, China, and shares with the latter a pointed inner corner of apical part of cercus, and surstylus with a developed inner twig setulosed anteriorly, but of new species the ♂ possesses cercal plate without a pair of lateral angular processes on apical margin, and surstylus with an inner twig obliquely protruding apicomedially, t 2 with chaetotaxy of 0,1,2,2,t 3 only with 1 pv , as well as the tergites of abdomen with a narrow black median vitta. 2. Phorbia polystrepsis, sp. nov. (Figs.3~5) Holotype ♂, Mt. Laoyeshan, Datong County, Qinghai, China, 26-Ⅶ-1983, collected by Ma Shaoyuan. ♂: Body length 4.5 mm. It differs from the North Asiatic species Ph. perssoni Hennig, 1976 in having no reversed spinulous process on inner margin of surstylus in ♂. It differs from the closely related Himalayan species Ph. pilostyla Suwa, 1977 in having a conspicuous notch prebasally on the inner margin of lateral lobe of 5th sternite in ♂, anal cercal plate twice as long as wide, excluding its paired protrudings, which are more longitudinally downward than those in Ph. pilostyla , in lateral view the cercal plate including the protru dings about half as long as the surstylus, as to that in Ph. pilostyla only about one third.
