摘要
在分销中心的选址中考虑设施成本、运输成本、库存成本等因素,并以分销中心的目标服务水平和库存容量为约束条件,同时假设分销中心和分销点均采用连续盘点(R,Q)库存控制策略,建立了一个随机需求下分销网络的选址库存联合优化模型.针对该模型,通过设计恰当的染色体编码方案和遗传操作策略,实现了模型的快速求解.数值仿真结果验证了算法的可行性和有效性.
A distribution network model jointed location and inventory with stochastic demand is established,which take account of fixed costs of the distribution centers,the transportation costs and inventory costs of the distribution centers and distribution points.The model takes the distribution center service level and inventory capacity as constraint conditions,and assume the distribution centers and distribution points using the continuous review(R,Q) inventory control strategy.A new appropriate chromosome hybrid encoding technique and genetic operating strategies are given to achieve a solution.The simulation results show that the model is appropriate,and the algorithm is flexible and effective.
