摘要
采用中心组合设计及响应曲面法,双指标优化文党多糖(Codonopsis pilosula polysaccharide,CPP)提取工艺,并对文党多糖中的有机硒含量进行了测定.最终优化工艺为:提取温度91℃,提取时间120min,液料比9∶1,提取次数4次.结果表明,有机硒主要分布于党参多糖中,文党参药材、文党参总糖及药渣中硒含量分别为12.80,41.55,21.12ng.g-1.该研究可为党参多糖产品的开发提供理论和技术支持.
Central composite design and response surface methodology are used to extract Wendang polysaccharides with two responses.Then,the organic selenium content in Wendangshen polysaccharides is determined.The optimizational extraction conditions are as follows:extraction temperature 91 ℃,extraction time 120 min,ratio of water to raw material 9.The organic selenium content in Wendangshen material,polysaccharides and its dregs are 12.80,41.55,21.12 ng·g-1.The results confirm that the organic selenium from Dangshen is mainly existed in the fraction of polysaccharides.This study would provided the theoretical and technical support for development of dangshen polysaccharide product.
