摘要
以枸杞胚性愈伤组织为材料 ,选用含 NPT- (新霉素磷酸转移酶 )基因的 PBI1 2 1质粒 ,运用剂量为 2 .2× 1 0 9n/s的快中子束 ,首次研究了快中子束在植物转基因方面的应用 ,并得到了抗卡那霉素的小苗 。
A new technique of transferring genes by neutron beam has been reported in this paper.The NPT Ⅱ (neomycin phospho transferase Ⅱ),as “foreign” genetic materials,were proved preliminarily introduced into the embryogenic calli of Lycium barbarum L.By irradiation of neutron beam at does of 2.2×10 9 n/s.Several weeks after implantation,the kanamycin resistant seedles were obtained.The result indicated preliminarily that exogenous gene had been introduced into the plant cells.
