獐牙菜属植物叶表皮特征

Characters of leaf epidermis in Swertia L.

利用光学显微镜观察了獐牙菜属 35种植物的叶表皮 ,发现该属植物成熟叶上下表皮细胞形状 (表面观 )为多边形和不规则型 ,垂周壁式样为平直、弓形和波纹 ;多数种类上、下表皮均有气孔器分布 ;气孔器类型主要有 3种 :无规则型 ,不等型和平列型。这些特征对獐牙菜属下分类有一定的意义。结合其它方面的研究成果 ,初步确定叶表皮特征可能具以下演化趋势 :垂周壁式样深波纹←浅波纹→平直 ,弓型 ;

Light microscopes was used to examine foliar epidermal features such as the shape of epidermal cells,the type of stomatal apparatus in 35 species of Swertia L.It is found that in the Swertia cells of both upper and lower epidermis are polygonal or irregular;anticlinal walls are straight,arched,sinuolate and sinuate;stomatal apparatuses,which occur on both lower and upper surface in a lot of species, may be anomocytic,anisocytic and paracytic.The foliar epidermal characters and character states are of systematic significance in the generic.The generalized evolutionary scheme for foliar epidermal features is fairly closely correlated with the generic relationships propose in other studies.The evolutionary trends of the foliar epidermal characters are that the pattern of anticlinal walls is sinuate←sinuolate→straight or arched;the type of stomatal apparatus is anomocytic→anisocytic→paracytic.
