摘要
冬季蓝色无滴膜塑料大棚内有效光合辐射 ( PAR)和紫外 B( UV- B)都比棚外低。给大棚番茄补充照射 UV- B和红光。结果表明 ,红光可提高番茄果实糖、酸含量。高剂量 UV- B( 0 .95k J· m- 2· d- 1,0 .71 k J· m- 2· d- 1)降低番茄红素和维生素 C( Vc)的含量 ,低剂量UV- B( 0 .54k J· m- 2 · d- 1,0 .65k J· m- 2 · d- 1)可提高番茄红素和 Vc含量。低剂量 UV- B( 0 .54k J·m- 2 · d- 1)与红光复合处理可提高果实中糖、酸、番茄红素含量。还发现在植物不同发育阶段处理 ,植物对 UV- B的反应不同。由此认为 ,在 9~ 1 0叶期开始用 0 .54k J·m- 2·d- 1UV- B和红光复合处理能显著提高番茄果实品质。
Comparing with the outer,there is low PAR (photosynthetically active radiation) and UV B in inner of winter plastic greenhouse.The supplementary radiation of UV B and red light was given to tomato in winter plastic greenhouse.The results showed that red light increased the content of sugars and acids.The high dose of UV B (0.95 kJ·m -2 ·d -1 ,0.71 kJ·m -2 ·d -1 ) decreased the content of carotenoid and ascorbate (Vc) while the low dose UV B (0.54 kJ·m -2 ·d -1 ,0.65 kJ·m -2 ·d -1 ) got a reverse result.Red light with low dose of UV B (0.54 kJ·m -2 ·d -1 ) could significantly increase the content of sugars,acids and carotenoid.However,the responses of plant to UV B depend on the development stage of plant.It is found that the treatment of 0.54 kJ·m -2 ·d -1 UV B combined with red light to tomato from 9 to 10 leaves could improve the fruit quality of tomato in winter plastic greenhouse.
