摘要
大黄(庶虫)虫丸能明显抑制大鼠的实验性血栓形成和血小板聚集功能。能明显缩短“血淤”模型大鼠的红细胞电泳时间,使全血、血浆、血清和纤维蛋白原比粘度以及红细胞压积呈降低趋势。
Dahuang Zhechong Wan can inhibite obviously experimental thrombosis and platelet aggregating function of rats, and can atso shorten markedly erythrocyte electrophoresis time of blood stasis rats. It causes lower tendency of specific viscosity to whole blood, plasma, serum, fibrino-genemia and packed cell volume.
