摘要
应用Moldflow软件对托盘注塑件进行模拟分析,依据理论最佳浇口位置并结合产品实际情况提出了单浇口和双浇口两个设计方案。通过对单浇口和双浇口的对比,综合分析了各种因素对注塑成型的影响,确定了最佳浇口位置,优化了模具设计方式,缩短了产品的开发周期,既达到了产品的品质要求,又降低了生产成本,为企业带来了更好的经济效益。
The tray injection moulding parts were simulated and analyzed by using Moldflow software. Based on the comparative analysis of single gate and double gate obtained by combining the optimum gate location with practice, the effects of several factors on the injection molding were determined. The results showed that the optimization of the gate location and the rational mould structure could be achieved according to the CAE analysis on the injection mould, the simulation shortened the product development cycle, ensured the good products quality and reduced the cost of production.
