摘要
分别研究了冷压烧结、高温模压、挤出注塑等成型方式和碳纤维、钛酸钾晶须、偶联剂处理的钛酸钾晶须等增强材料对聚醚醚酮(PEEK)复合材料力学性能和摩擦性能的影响。结果表明,挤出注塑成型制品力学性能和摩擦磨耗性能最优;加有偶联剂处理过钛酸钾晶须的PEEK摩擦材料兼具良好的力学和摩擦性能。
The effects of different moulding techniques ( cold-pressing sintering, mold pressing in high temperature, extrusion injection) and different reinforced materials (carbon fiber, potassium-titanate whiskers and potassium-titanate whiskers treated with coupling agent) on the mechanical, and friction wear properties of PEEK composite were studied. The results indicated and the products had excellent mechanical properties and good friction properties by extrusion-injection molding; and the friction material containing potassium-titanate whiskers treated with coupling agent got excellent mechanical property and good friction and wear performance.
