摘要
工作满意度和领导成员交换质量是管理心理学的重要研究课题。从华中某高校获得N=187的教师样本,采用结构方程方法对数据进行分析,结果表明:领导成员交换质量与总体工作满意度、内在工作满意度和外在工作满意度存在正相关。
Job satisfaction and leader-member exchange quality are two of the most important research topics in management psychology. The paper, getting the teachers samples of N= 187( from a university in central China, analyzed the data by using structural equation methods. The analysis showed that the relationships between overall job satisfaction and leader-member ex- change quality, internal and external job satisfaction are positively correlated.
