腰硬联合麻醉在重度子痫前期孕妇剖宫产术中的临床应用价值

Clinical Value of Combined Spinal-epidural Anesthesia in Cesarean Section with Severe Pre-eclampsia

目的:研究腰硬联合麻醉在重度子痫前期孕妇剖宫产术中的临床应用价值。方法:采用腰硬联合麻醉对46例重度子痫前期剖宫产手术患者和50例健康剖宫产手术患者进行麻醉,比较两组患者血液动力学变化及术中术后相关指标。结果:两组产妇手术各时间段研究组SBP、DBP及HR均明显高于对照组,比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05或P<0.01),新生儿10minApgar评分两组比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),两组产妇均未发现并发肺水肿。结论:腰硬联合麻醉用于重度子痫前期患者的剖宫产术是安全有效的。

Objective：To study Clinical value of Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia in cesarean section with severe pre-eclampsia.Method：Using Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for 46 patients of severe preeclampsia during cesarean section operation patients and 50 healthy cesarean operation patients undergoing anesthesia,compared two groups of patients with preoperative and postoperative hemodynamic changes and related indexes.Result：Two groups of maternal operation each time a case of group SBP,DBP and HR were significantly higher than those in the control group,the difference was significant statistical difference（P0.01）,neonatal 10 min Apgar score differences between the two groups showed no statistical significance（P0.05）,the two groups of women were not found in complicated with pulmonary edema.Conclusion：Combined spinal-epidural anesthesia for patients with severe preeclampsia cesarean section is safe and effective.
