超声诊断胎儿畸形的价值及其局限性

The Value of Ultrasound in the Diagnosis of Fetal Abnormalities and Limitations

目的:探讨胎儿畸形超声检查的声像图特征、临床价值及其诊断局限性。方法:对2008年4月-2012年4月笔者所在医院门诊中晚期孕妇产前超声检查发现的胎儿畸形进行分析。结果:超声检查中晚期孕妇10078例,诊断胎儿畸形61例,其中26例经引产或出生后证实。结论:超声检查对胎儿畸形诊断率较高,是诊断胎儿畸形的主要手段,对优生优育有重要意义,但对某些畸形的诊断也存在一定的局限性。

Objective：To explore fetal abnormalities of ultrasound ultrasonographic feature、clinical diagnosis value and its limitations.Method：April 2008 and April 2012 author＇s prenatal outpatient middle-late ultrasound examination found fetal abnormalities were analyzed.Result：Ultrasound examination of 10 078 patients in middle-late pregnant women,the diagnosis of fetal abnormalities 61 cases,of which 26 cases were confirmed by induced labor or after birth.Conclusion：Fetal abnormalities of ultrasound diagnosis rate is higher,it is the main measure of the diagnosis of fetal abnormslities,there is an important significance of eugenic and superior nurture,but for some deformity diagnosis also has some limitations.
