摘要
主要研究了水热合成法生产4A沸石的体系配比。通过试验对比的方式,考察了不同合成体系n(SiO2)/n(Al2O3),n(Na2O)/n(SiO2)对产品质量的影响,从而确定水热合成法生产4A沸石的最佳体系配比。研究成果对4A沸石的生产实践具有很强的理论指导作用。
The mole rate was studied on 4A zeolite of using hydrothermal synthesis. The preferable technique parameters, like n(SiO2)/n(A1203) and n(Na20)/n(Si02) were obtained through a series of test, and applied successfully in the industry sobest mlol rate of 4A zeolete was definited on using hydrothermal synthesis. The achievements show that practical production of 4A zeolite have theoretical directing effect.
