根据ZR21BB65-1650宽幅冷轧机工作辊性能要求,从材质设计、冶炼、精炼、锻造和热处理等方面对轧机工作辊质量进行了研究,对影响工作辊质量的钢质纯净度、致密度、硬度、组织均匀性、淬硬层、显微组织、残余应力等各个因素进行合理控制,使工作辊具备了优良的抗事故性能、抗疲劳性以及耐磨性,满足了ZR21BB65-1650冷轧机的使用要求。

In order to meet the properties of working roller of ZR21BB65-1650,the following aspects have been studied,such as chemical composition,smelting,refining,forging and heat treatment.The factors,such as the purity,density,hardness,structural homogeneousness,hardening zone, microstructure,residual stress,etc which influence the working roller properties have been properly controlled.The roller process excellent properties,such as anti-accident,anti-fatigue and wear-resisting.
