摘要
运用通用有限元程序ANSYS,对50 m钢烟囱结构进行了动力特性、静力、风荷载、温度和地震作用的分析,然后根据规范要求对各工况荷载作用下Von mises应力组合,得出关键部位最大应力,验算钢烟囱筒壁强度和稳定性。其验算结果均满足现行规范要求。
Using general finite element program ANSYS,the 50 m steel chimney was analyzed, including structure dynamic characteristics,static,wind load,temperature and seismic analysis.Then according to the requirements of codes,the Von mises stress of various loads was combinated,and the maximum stress of key parts was obtained.Last,strength and stability of the wall of steel chimney were checked,the results of checking meet the requirements of current codes.
