研究了城乡社区服务的目的和任务,认为社区服务的目的就是提高居民生活质量,提升社区居民的生活幸福感。因此,应建立高效的社区公共服务体系和高效的管理体制,高标准建设社区,不断完善社区基础设施,拓展社区服务领域。提升城乡社区服务水平也是辽宁老工业基地振兴的重要组成部分。

The service aims and tasks of the urban and rural communities are studied. The purpose of the community service is to improve the quality of life of residents, and enhance happiness of life in community. Therefore, the community should establish an efficient public service system and efficient management system; the community should be built with high standard; community infrastructure should be improved constantly; and the field of community service should be expanded. Enhance service levels of urban and rural communities is an important part of the revitalization of the old industrial base in Liaoning.
