摘要
采用学理分析法、比较研究法、案例研究法,从信用证独立性原则的理论入手,分析了现今信用证独立性原则在适用中存在的问题,进而提出对信用证独立性原则的适用建议。
Through methods of theoretical analysis, comparative studies and case study, from the Iheory of credit principle of independence, the problems that occur in application are analyzed, and advises are proposed.
