从吴英案看民间融资问题及其解决方式

Problems of Folk Financing and Solutions—Viewing from Case of Wu Ying

从吴英案入手,探讨其暴露出的三个较明显的民间融资问题:合法化问题、融资人素质问题、信贷配给问题;探讨了问题的解决方式;最后借鉴日美对民间融资上的信用担保体系,提出顺应我国国情建立信用担保协会,解决信贷配给问题,从而规范民间融资的建议。

Drawing lessons from the case of Wu Ying, three obvious questions which are exposed by Wu Ying case are discussed： the legalization, issuers＇ quality, and credit rationing; the way to resolve the problems is probed into as well. Borrowing from the experiences of the credit guarantee system of folk financing in Japan and the USA, a suggestion about establishing credit guarantee association in order to standardize folk financin~ is put forward.
