摘要
自主性教育学是在终身学习和信息时代背景下产生的一种新学习理论,自主性教育学强调:学习者的反思、意义建构、环境审视、经验评价以及与他人互动的重要性;强调学习者是学习的主要引擎和自我决定学习;强调学习的发生应被视为个人经验的结果;学习过程的设计应以学习者为中心;学习环境的营造应体现自主性、参与性、分享性、平等性等原则。自主性教育学所提倡的一些基本原则将会在远程教育、成人教育以及职业技术教育和培训领域得到广泛应用。
Under the background of lifelong learning and the information age,Heutagogy is produced as a new learning theory,which not only absorbs the rational component of Pedagogy,Andragogy,but also corrects their limitations.The basic principles of Heutagogy will be widely used in Distance Education,Adult Education,Vocational and technical Education and Training Field.Traditional learning theory regards learning as the connection between old and new knowledge,but Heutagogy emphasis on: learners' reflection,meaning construction,environmental scanning,evaluation of experience and the importance of interaction with others;Learners are the main engine of learning and self-determined learning;the learning results should be regarded as personal experience;the design of the learning process should be learner-centered;the learning environment to build should be according to the principles of autonomy,participation,sharing,equality,etc.
