Policy is the Key to Enterprises' Participation in Vocational Education

企业参与职业教育的积极性不足是制约职业教育进一步发展的主要因素。目前我国的政策及实施仍存在缺乏可操作性、对企业激励不足、约束弱化、监督乏力等问题。建立以政策为基础的政府支持机制,对于激励和约束企业参与职业教育具有重大意义和导向作用。

Enterprises＇ inactive participation in vocational education is a main factor restricting the further development of vocational education.Currently,there is lack of operativeness,incentives,constraint and supervision in our country＇s policies and implementation.We should construct government supporting mechanism based on policies,which will be of significance and guidance value to stimulate and regulate enterprises to participate in vocational education.
