The emergence of the post-90s generation students and the shortage of traditional moral education model result in the change from moral education model to moral cultural education model.Cultural consciousness should be paid more attention to in the development of college moral education and control power of moral education culture should be enhanced.In a word,the major conception of construction of moral education culture refers to modern transferring Chinese essence combined with time demands,seeking actively culture generality from heterogeneous culture.
