Improving the quality of student party members is the main task to the party construction workers in college.The quality management mechanism of student party member refers to the operation mechanism,motivation mechanism and restriction mechanism implemented to improve the quality of the student party members.The management mechanism quality of student party member is directly related to the quality of student party members,so it has great significance to optimize this mechanism.Starting from the operating mechanism,motivation mechanism and restriction mechanism,the necessary ways of optimizing the quality of college student party members include strengthening organization construction,scientifically designing party member development process,perfecting regulations system and improving incentive measures.
