印度能源海外投资政策对我国的启示

印度和我国同属新兴经济体大国,在能源发展问题上面临诸多机遇和挑战。印度正在实行能源进口多元化战略,进口种类从单一石油扩展到石油、天然气、煤炭、铀等各个品种,进口来源从西亚拓宽至非洲、澳洲等地。印度在能源领域有许多政策值得我们借鉴,海外能源直接投资和贸易中提出的"先于能源、超越能源"理念便是其中之一。

As emerging economies, India and China are faced with many opportunities and challenges in energy field. India＇s current energy strategy is to diversify its import baskets -- energy types expanded from crud oil to almost all fossil energy types and sources widen from West Asia to Africa as well as Australia. India has a lot of experiences for us to learn, the most important one of which is the concept ＂Before and Beyond Energy＂ in overseas energy direct investment and trade.
