摘要
目的准确测量平凸透镜的曲率半径。方法通过CCD成像技术将等厚干涉条纹——牛顿环图像通过图像采集卡转换为计算机可以识别的数字图像,采用小波分析法对牛顿环图像进行无损研究。结果克服了图像与背景对比度差引起的图像不清楚的缺点,从而使测量的精度进一步提高。结论文中提到方法与传统移测显微镜法得到的曲率半径对比结果表明,误差明显减少。
Aim To accurately measure the radius of curvature of the piano-convex lens. Methods CCI) digital image processing technology is used to transform the distinct interference fringes of e- qual thickness--Newtoffs ring to the digital image which can be recognized by the computer. And the wavelet analysis is adopted to make nondestructive research into Newton's ring image. Results This method not only improves the contrast of image and its background but also overcome the shortcoming that image is not clear. Conclusion The result shows that compared with the traditional methods, the accuracy of measurement is improved and the error is significantly reduced.
