摘要
在实验室利用转炉渣配制的铁水脱磷剂进行铁水预脱磷试验,测定了脱磷剂加入量及组成对脱磷率的影响。结果表明:在铁水脱磷前[Si]i≤0.15%的条件下,当脱磷剂中转炉渣配比为80%时,相应铁水脱磷率约为78%;Fe2O3、BaCO3代替转炉渣的合适替代量分别约为5%、10%;转炉渣中(P2O5)含量的增加会导致脱磷率的显著降低,当转炉渣中(CaO%)/(SiO2%)=4.3,脱磷剂对铁水的加入量为10%时,其影响关系式为:ηp(%)=84.01-4.60(P2O5%)。
Converter slag was used as dephosphorizing agent in hot metal pretreatment experiments, in which ad dition amounts and composition of converter slag were measured to analyze their effect on dephosphorization rate. Re sults showed that with [Si] ≤ O. 15% before dephosphorization, the correspondent dephosphorizing rate was about 78% when the proportion of converter slag was 80% ; and suitable additions of FezO3, BaCO3 were 5% and 10%, re spectively; dephosphorizing rate was significantly reduced with increasing FezO5 content in converter slag. When the addition of dephosphorizing agent was 10%, the relationship formula was η p (%)=840.1-4.60 (Fe205 %).
