HPQ型燃烧器是为集尘灰焙烧回转窑研制的多通道气体燃烧器。文章阐述了其技术关键和技术指标、原理和结构、系统控制及安全联锁等。该燃烧器为节能环保型燃烧器,能很好满足集尘灰焙烧回转窑的热工制度要求,提升其装备水平。
HPQ multi-channel gas burner is designed for rotary kiln baking flue dust. The technical keys and tar gets, principal and structure, system control and safety interlocks of the burner are discussed. As an energy efficient and environment friendly burner, it can satisfy the thermal requirements and improve the equipment efficiency of rotary kiln for baking flue dust.
