摘要
应用聚丙烯酰胺浓度梯度胶电泳 ,SOD活性染色 ,特异性抑制剂定位鉴定和活性区带密度扫描 ,对 1 8个科 58种维管植物SOD粗酶提取液进行研究。研究结果表明 :2 5种植物在含有CuZn -SOD和Mn -SOD的同时还检测出Fe -SOD ,主要分布在茄科、芸香料等 6个科中。维管植物的Fe -SOD同工酶区带一般为 1~ 3条 ,Fe-SOD活性在总SOD活性中所占比例大多在 1 5%以下。实验结果表明改进测定方法会在越来越多的高等植物中发现Fe
SOD crude extrations from vascular plants of 18 families and 58 species were studied by gradient PAGE analysis,SOD active-dyeing,special inhibitors identification and density scanning.Results showed that plants from 25 species which distributing among 6 families such as Solanaceae、Rutacae et al contained Cu Zn-SOD,Mn-SOD and Fe-SOD.Vascular plants usually have 1 to 3 Fe-SOD isozyme bands,and the percentage of Fe-SOD activities in total SOD activities mostly under 15%.Results also showed that if through improving examine techniques,Fe-SOD would be founded in more and more higher plants.
