野葛组织内抗氧化物质初步分析

Analysis of Antoxides in Puearia lobata

分别测定了野葛根、茎、叶中SOD、CAT、POD、GSH -Px、Vc等抗氧化物质活性 ,其中叶组织中含量最高 ;测定可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量 ,发现可溶性蛋白叶中最高 ,但根中可溶性糖含量远远高于茎叶。实验表明 ,野葛叶中也含有丰富的抗氧化物质 。

Determined the activity of the superoxide dismutase(SOD),the catalase(CAT),the peroxidase(POD),the glutathione peroxisase(GSH-Px)and the ascorbic acid(ASA)in leaves,stems and roots in the Puearia lobata(Wild.)Ohwi,the results indicated that those are all highest in leaves.The content of solubility protein is also highest in leaves,but the content of solubility candy is more higher than that in the stems and roots.We found that there are abundant antoxides in leaves in Puearia lobata(Wild.)Ohwi.It is worth while more studies and exploitations.
