城镇化建设中应解决的土地问题分析

Analysis on Land Problems Which Should Be Solved in Urbanization Construction

随着我国工业化、城镇化发展步伐的加快,涉及土地征收而引发的一系列问题也随之应运而生。究其原因,赔偿制度的不健全,失地农民就业难是引发一系列问题的原因。所以在城镇化建设中,要实现农民向市民的角色的转变,必须解决好的土地征收问题。文章对城镇化建设中存在的相关土地问题进行了分析,针对城镇化建设中存在的土地问题,提出了解决好相关土地问题的相关对策。

With the acceleration of development pace of industrialization and urbanization of China, series of problems caused by land expropriation emerge at the right moment. The reasons that cause series of problems are unsound compensation sys-tem and difficult employment for land-lost peasants. So, land expropriation problems should be solved first in order to realize role change for peasants to citizen in process of urbanization. The paper was analyzed existing relevant land problems in construction of urbanization. Aiming at existing land problems in construction of urbanization, the paper was put forward rel- evant countermeasures of solving land problems.
