Research on Necessity of Developing Energy-efficient Flour Blender

针对目前的面粉搅拌机在实际应用中存在的缺陷,从高效节能面粉搅拌机及其关键装置智能变频器的开发的重要意义、技术的先进性及创新性、技术在本领域的关键程度、技术对相关领域、行业技术进步的推动作用5个方面进行研究。通过采用智能变频技术,既提高产品的使用性能又实现了节能。

Aiming at existing faults in application of flour blenders, the author researched the faults from 5 aspects of signifi-cance of developing energy-efficient flour blender and key device intelligent frequency converters, advance and innovation of technology, importance of the technology in this field, related fields of technology and promotion of the technology progress. Through using intelligent frequent technology, the author not only improved usability of the products, but also realized energy saving.
