摘要
本研究的目的在于通过观察大鼠脊髓原代培养神经元生长过程中 α、β 、β 、ε四种蛋白激酶 C亚型在胞体和突起中的表达与分布以及其总活性的动态变化 ,了解蛋白激酶 C与神经突起生长间的关系。结果表明 ,随着神经突起的生长 ,蛋白激酶C四种亚型的表达及总活性均发生规律性的变化。本研究提示 ,神经突起的生长以及其形态和功能的维持均离不开蛋白激酶
In order to understand the relationship between the protein Kinase C(PKC) and the neurite outgrowth, the expression and distribution of the four subtypes of PKC α、βⅠ、βⅡ、ε in the body and the neurite of cultural neurons and the developmental change of the PKC activity during the neurite outgrowth of the primary cultural neurons of embryonic rat spinal cord were observed. The result was that both the expression and distribution of the four subtypes and the total PKC activity changed regularly during the neurite outgrowth. It is concluded that the neurite outgrowth and the sustain of the shape and function of neurons need the PKC activity.
