我国实施新学徒制职业教育可行性研究

The Feasibility Study of Implementing Vocational Education of New Apprenticeship

新学徒制职业教育已为许多国家发展提供了人力资源保障,我国职业教育经过多年的改革与发展,已形成新学徒制人才培养模式。通过分析认为,对我国实施新学徒制职业教育是可行性的。实施适合我国国情的新学徒制职业教育人才培养模式应采取相应措施:调动行业、企业的积极性;创新职业教育管理体制机制。

Vocational education of new apprenticeship has provided the guarantee of human resources for many countries＇ development.Through many-year reform and development,vocational education in our country has formed talents＇ training mode of new apprenticeship.This paper thinks it is feasible to implement vocational education of new apprenticeship in our country by analysis.It should adopt the corresponding measures to implement talents＇ training mode of vocational education of new apprenticeship that adapts to our national condition.
