高职院校职业指导工作的实践与探索——以辽宁机电职业技术学院为例

高职院校职业指导工作的开展直接影响着高职院校的生存与发展。辽宁机电职业技术学院从2008年开始,全面开展职业指导工作,学院在职业指导师资队伍建设、课程体系建设、就业与创业精细化服务的开展等方面取得了一定的成绩,有力地促进了高职学生就业能力的提升。

The development of employment work in higher vocational colleges directly affects the survival and development of higher vocational colleges.Since 2008,Liaoning Jidian Polytechnic has developed employment guidance fully,and has achieved certain result on the construction of teaching staff,the construction of curriculum system,and the development of employment and pioneering refined service for promoting higher vocational students＇ employment ability.
