结构薄弱电网运行方式研究

摘要 结构薄弱电网的发电机容量较小、输电线路较长、负载较轻、无功补偿装置较少,可能产生发电机并网困难、同步发电机自励磁和工频过电压等问题。利用现有实际结构薄弱电网的参数搭建PSCAD仿真模型,研究结构薄弱电网的特殊运行特点,提出同步发电机并入结构薄弱电网的可行并网条件和无功补偿装置配置方案,并提出极端运行条件下避免发电机自励磁的措施和防止过电压产生的措施。仿真结果结果显示,以上并网条件和措施安全有效,可保证结构薄弱电网的安全可靠运行。 A weak structure power grid usually has characteristic of weak structure, light load, long transmission lines and less reactive power compensation device. Problems such as difficult in generator parallel, self-excitation for synchronous generators and power frequency over-voltage will happen, A practice weak structure power grid is taken as an example in PSCAD simulations to analyze special problems existed in the operation of such grids. Feasible grid connection conditions foe synchronous generator connected with the weak structure power grid and configuration scheme for reactive power compensation device are proposed. Measures to avoid the generator self-excitation under extreme operating conditions and to prevent power frequency over-voltage are also proposed. The simulation results show that the above grid connection conditions and safety measures can guarantee the safety and reliable operation of the weak structure power grid.
