摘要
本文主要对某电厂高温过热器爆管事件进行原因分析,最终得出爆管均由于异物堵塞管道长期超温所致。通过对爆管部位的宏观检查和微观分析,并制定了相应的措施,为确保机组安全稳定运行提供了技术依据。
This thesis will focus on the reason analysis of high temperature overheater blowout incident, finally concluded that overheater blowout caused by the pipe operation on the overheated condition and blocked by some impurity. After we perform the comprehensive checks and detailed analysis, and then make the correspondent measures. Finally, it＇s provided technical standard for the safety and stable operation of the power unit.
