摘要
高等教育从少数精英教育向大众普及教育的转型,对大学管理提出了新的要求。在大学管理由经验管理向科学管理的转变过程中,建立一支职业化管理队伍并构建起相关管理机制已成为一个带有全局性的关键问题。文章系统分析了大学管理职业化的基本内涵、制度体系和相关问题,认为职业化是解决我国大学管理效率低下问题的有效途径,有利于提升我国大学管理的整体水平。
Chinese higher education is in the transition from elite to mass higher education and brings up new demands on university management. To progress from experiential management to scientific management, it's above all important that universities organize professional management team and construct corresponding institution. The paper systematically analyzes the connotation, system and corresponding problems of professionalization of university management and suggests that we should solve low efficiency of management and improve the entire management level of Chinese universities by virtue of professionalization.
