老年保健人群健康评估模式应用探讨

Evaluation on effect of comprehensive assessment in health care for the elderly patients

目的评价老年保健人群健康评估模式的合理性及效果。方法选取年龄≥60岁的保健对象,471例为研究组,采用课题组建立的老年保健人群健康评估指标及流程,监管4年间主要健康相关指标;390例为对照组,与研究组比较主要健康相关指标。结果两组患病知晓率无差异(P>0.05),心脑血管病的主要危险因素高血压、血脂异常、糖尿病的治疗率比较有显著差异(P<0.05),原发性高血压的控制达标率无显著差异(P>0.05),高脂血症及2型糖尿病的控制达标率有显著差异(P<0.05)。结论研究组保健对象评估指标获得良好监管,健康评估模式适合在保健群体运行,能促进健康危险因素及慢性病综合防治达标,使保健人群获得良好的健康维护。

Objective To evaluate the effect of comprehensive assessment in health care in the elderly. Methods Four hundred and seventy-one elder people at the age≥60 years served as study group and 390 healthy volunteers served as control group in this study. Medical information of the 471 elder people was investigated by outpatient physician working station system. The quality indicators developed by the research team were used to assess health care quality which was compared between the two groups. Results The knowing rate to the diseases in two groups was not significantly different （P0.05）. The risk factors control rate to hypertension,Hyperlipidemia and diabetes mellitus with medications was significantly higher in study group than that in control group （P 0.05）. A significant difference of the controlled rate of blood lipid and blood glucose was observed in two groups （P 0.05）. However,no significant difference was found in the controlled rate of blood pressure between study group and control group （P0.05）. Conclusions The older patients obtain better health care quality under comprehensive health assessment.
