东北振兴中城乡居民致富途径优化研究

The optimized approach to getting rich for urban and rural residents during the revitalization of northeast China

东北振兴战略实施以来,东北地区城乡居民收入增长速度低于经济增长速度,资本产出比率较高,有碍于发展模式的转换。为此,鼓励群众更多地拥有财产性收入,是东北振兴中群众致富的优化途径。通过建立经济计量模型分析东北地区群众财产性收入现状和形成机制,得到财产性收入的经济贡献较高和紧密依赖于经济增长与金融业规模提升的实证结论。东北地区应从创造宽松的投资环境、鼓励投资、完善产权交易制度和完善财产制度创造宽松财富积累环境等政策措施入手,激发群众创业和投资热情,提高群众财富意识和资产有效利用理念,提升群众获取财富能力,最终在振兴东北中实现城乡居民较快致富的发展目的。

Since the implementation of the northeast revitalization strategy,people’s income growth rate is lower than that of economic growth,but capital-output is higher,which has hindered the development of mode conversion.To this end,encouraging the masses to have more property income is the optimized approach for urban and rural residents to get rich in the northeast China.By setting up econometric model,we analyze the status and formation mechanism of property income of the northeast masses,and conclude that property income which makes a larger contribution to economy closely relies on economy growth and financial scale ascending.The northeast region should create a favorable environment for investment to encourage investment,and improve the property rights trading system and the property system to start to create a loose wealth accumulation environment.By doing so,people’s entrepreneurship and investment enthusiasm will be stimulated,and the wealth awareness and effective use of assets will be enhanced.Therefore we can foster the ability to get wealth,and ultimately achieve the wish of the masses to get rich faster in the Northeast.
