The strategy of constructing the infrastructure during the high-speed urbanization

近30年的中国城市化发展历程可划分为恢复、扩张、高速发展三个阶段。在城市基础设施建设的指导思想、设施规划、设施建设和管理方面存在问题。要解决这些问题需从基础设施的建设和管理体制、科学规划和建设、创新建设融资体系三个方面进行研究,提出对策。

During the development of China’s urbanization in recent 30 years,the process can be divided into three stages-recovery,expansion,the rapid development.There are problems concerning guiding ideology of urban infrastructure construction,facilities planning,and facilities construction and management.To solve these problems,we conduct a study on the infrastructure and management system,scientific planning and construction,and the financing system innovative construction,and to put forward strategies and recommendations for the development of urban infrastructure construction.
