人类的消费模式直接关系到地球的承载力,在低碳经济条件下,消费者的消费足迹直接体现为碳足迹,人类碳足迹影响到地球的承载力。当碳足迹超出地球的承载力时,就会带来灾难性的结果—地球的崩溃。从法律规范的角度考量,无论是绿色消费还是生态消费,都具有法律调节的不确定性。低碳消费作为与低碳经济相适应的一种新型的消费模式,与人类的生存与发展密切相关,符合人类社会可持续消费的理念,是人类社会发展的理性选择,符合环境正义的价值取向。低碳消费是后工业社会消费者低碳消费理念与低碳物质资料及劳务相结合的一种方式。

Models of human consumption are directly related to the bearing capacity of the earth.Under the condition of low-carbon economy,consumers’ consumption footprint directly reflects carbon-moving footprint.So it is obvious that this carbon footprint affects bearing capacity of the earth.When it is overwhelming,it will lead to disasters-collapse.From the point of legal norms,both green consumption and ecological consumption have the uncertainty of the legal regulation.As a model of low-carbon economy,low-carbon consumption has become a brand-new consumption model,which is closely related to human’s survival and development,and meets the concept of human society sustainable consumption.It is the rational choice of human society development,which meets the environmental-value-orientation.The low-carbon consumption is an effective way to combine consumers’ mindsets of low-carbon consumption with low-carbon substance and labor service in post-industrial society.
