摘要
根据西服袖样板设计的方法,利用三维人体扫描仪采集与之相关的人体数据,构建男西服两片袖结构的BP神经网络模型,通过训练与仿真预测,以自动生成两片袖样板设计所需制图尺寸.经过与实际值的对比、样衣试制以及试穿效果的分析,基于BP神经网络的西服袖样板尺寸自动生成是可行的,可依据此思路进一步设计和研发从三维人体数据直接生成服装样板的智能化服装制板系统.
In this paper, the body data are gathered by three dimensional human body scanning technology, according to the method of suit sleeve pattern design. And then the BP ANN model is buih to auto-generate the pattern sizes of suit sleeve, through training the ANN model. By contrasting of the forecasting value and actual value, and analyzing the effect of trial sample, it is confirmed that it is feasible for the BP artificial neutral network method to auto-generate the pattern sizes of suit sleeve. Furthermore, smart pattern de- sign system which could auto-generate garment pattern through 3D human body data, could be developed based on this method.
