摘要
针对中药提取过程中温度控制的重要和困难,通过将模糊控制与PID控制结合成模糊PID控制来改进传统的温度控制系统.利用模糊推理方法实现对PID参数的在线自整定,使多功能反应罐内的温度迅速而准确地达到预定温度.利用Matlab模糊控制工具箱的Simulink对其进行了仿真,结果表明自整定模糊PID控制器在罐内温度控制中具有控制精度高、超调小和动态性能好的特性,其性能大大优于传统的温度控制系统.
Considering the importance and difficulty of temperature control in extraction process of Chinese traditional medicine, the traditional temperature control system is improved through combining fuzzy control and PID control into fuzzy PID control system. For the self-tuning of PID parameters is realized through fuzzy inference, the multi-function reaction jug gets the expected temperature rapidly and accurately. Through the simulation with the fuzzy control toolbox of the Matlab, results indicate that the auto-tuning fuzzy PID controller has high control accuracy, small overshoot and good dynamic performance. Meanwhile, its performance is much better than the traditional temperature control system.
