摘要
利用PRO/Ⅱ流程模拟软件对油气回收装置吸收单元进行了静态模拟,得出了各操作条件对吸收效率的影响情况。针对处理量为500m3/h的油气回收装置,建立吸收塔的数学模型,给定进油流量、进油温度、塔顶压力等操作参数,分别改变工艺参数进行静态模拟,分析操作参数的变化对吸收效率的影响。结果表明:吸收剂成分、吸收剂用量、进油温度和塔顶压力对吸收效率影响较大,据此可以为实际装置的工艺参数优化提供参考。
Through static simulation of VRU made with Pro II, identifies the action of absorption effi- ciency in wlrinus operating conditions. Mathematical model of absorption tower was bulit against VRU with 500 m3/h capacity, changed given process parameters such as inlet flow, inlet temperature, overhead pressure respectively, analysed the absorption efficiency through static simulation.The resuhs show that Ihe aclion of absorplion efficiency is strongly influenced by aboved operation parameters which could provide reference to process parameter optimization of practical device.
