Survey Methods and Data Interpretation of Follow-ups For Graduates of Higher Vocational Colleges

针对目前高职院校毕业生跟踪调查工作存在的只重形式不重内涵建设的问题,研究与借鉴麦可思公司高等教育人才培养质量测量与评估的理念与实践,借鉴其科学的调查方法、独特的技术手段,丰富的数据挖掘经验,阐述毕业生跟踪调查的目的与意义、方法与步骤,并对调查数据进行分析与解读,以此深化高等职业教育毕业生调查工作,推动并优化创新高职院校专业人才培养方案、进行教育教学改革,以更好地改进和提升毕业生就业工作质量。

This paper, in dealing with problems existing in the follow-ups survey methods and data interpretation for graduates of higher vocational colleges, studies and makes use of the Mycos＇ ideas and practice of quality measurements and assessments of higher education. The Mycos＇ scientific investigation methods, unique technical means and rich data-collection experience are much employed to explain the aims and significance of investigating the situation of the employment of the graduates. The survey data are analyzed and interpreted in order to better carry out the survey of graduates of higher vocational colleges, which, hopefully, might promote and optimize the scheme of personnel training. Thus, educational reform could be carried out to better improve and promote the quality of employment of the graduates.
