高职院校在校医学生健康素养现况调查

Health literacy of medical students from technical and vocational colleges: a cross-sectional survey

目的了解高职高专院校在校医学生健康素养水平现况。方法采用单纯随机抽样的方法,对某高职高专在校非毕业年级医学生500人使用自编问卷进行健康素养现况的调查,用SPSS 13.0软件进行统计学分析。结果500名调查对象健康素养基本知识和技能得分百分制平均分为(68.63±11.23)分,35.21%具有基本健康素养(≥80分);在健康素养基本知识与技能的3个方面中,健康生活方式与行为的及格率最低,仅20.20%。健康素养基本知识与技能及格率在不同性别、不同生源地、不同年级和不同父母学历间的分布差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论高职院校在校医学生中低健康素养流行率较高,在健康生活方式与行为方面尤为突出。

Objective Our study aimed to obtain a general understanding of the students＇ health literacy.Method 500 students were sampled,using the random sampling method.A cross-sectional investigation on health literacy was conducted with self-designed questionnaire.SPSS 13.0 was employed for data analysis.Results The average score on health-related knowledge and skills among the subjects was 68.63±11.23,with 35.21% on basic health-related literacy（scores≥80）.The rate（20.20%） of passing the margin line set for the awareness on healthy way of life and behaviour appeared to be the lowest.Significant differences（P0.05） were noticed in different genders,different sources,different grade and different parents education on the basic health-related knowledge and skills as well as on the prevalence rates of total and each dimensional health-related literacy.Conclusion The prevalence of basic health-related knowledge and skills was low and that of healthy way of life and behaviour was particularly prominent.
