肾上腺危象误诊为胃肠炎并休克二例报告 被引量：2

摘要 肾上腺危象（adrenocortical crisis，AC），也叫急性肾上腺皮质功能不全（Acute adrenal insufficiency，AI），是儿科少见的急诊病例，若延误治疗，死亡率较高。由于其缺乏特异性的临床表现，常导致误诊，报道该病误诊率高达60％。有关儿童药源性肾上腺皮质功能不全的报道不多。本文报道我院近期收治的2例肾病综合征并肾上腺危象患儿，
