摘要
选矿厂磨机运行的优劣程度对于整个选矿厂生产经营工作的重要性不言而喻,因此,如何采用简便、高效且实际可操作的方法来提高磨矿效能一直是广大选矿工作者研究的重点。目前,选矿厂衡量磨矿效能的参数主要有磨机利用系数、单位磨矿能耗和磨矿成本等。某选厂对球磨机运行状态进行了大量的检测及研究,通过优化磨机内部结构、调整内部钢球级配来适应磨矿负荷的变化,确保达到球磨机内部参数的最优状态,从而实现以较少的投入提高磨矿效能的目标。
The importance of the grinding operation effection is self-evident to the work of the production and business for a concentrating mill.So how to use a simple,efficient and practical feasible method to improve grind- ing efficiency is always the dressing worker's research topic.At present,there are several standard parameters to test the run state of the mill:the grinding machine utilization,the energy consumption of grinding,the grinding cost,etc.Based on a lot of testing and research of ball mill running state,we optimize mill internal structure,adjust the internal ball size distribution,to adapt to the changes in the grinding load.So with less investment, grinding per- formance is improved.
