The Development Trends of the Foreign Volunteer Service

本文在广泛收集国外志愿服务理论和实践等方面的研究文献基础上,对国外志愿服务的发展趋势做出了五个方面的总结,即志愿服务参与向常态化、专业化发展,志愿服务管理向规范化、科学化发展,志愿服务组织的多元化发展,志愿服务支持保障体系构建的系统化,志愿服务国际化合作趋势加强,希望对我国志愿服务事业的发展提供一些相关的参考和启示。

Based on the research literature of the extensive collection about foreign volunteer service theories and practice, this paper makes a summary at the five areas about the development trends of the foreign vol- unteer service. Participating in volunteer service tends to normalization and professionalization. The man-agement of volunteer service is inclining to standardization and scientization. The management of volunteer service organization is prone to diversification. The support for security system of volunteer service has a tendency to systematization. The international cooperation of volunteer service tends to strengthen. I hope my paper can orovide some reference and inspiration on the development of our country＇s volunteer services.
