Research on Self-governance by Residents of Old Communities without Property Management

随着社会发展及城市化的推进,城市老旧社区出现了诸多问题。本文通过分析无物业管理老旧社区的现状,针对存在的问题提出无物业管理老旧社区居民自治的意义所在,笔者从无物业管理老旧社区居民自治体制、运行机制、组织机制三方面展开了系统分析,对无物业管理老旧社区居民自治问题进行了有益尝试。

The old communities of the city appear many problems along with the improvement of social de-velopment and urbanization. Through analyzing the recent situation of old communities without property management, the paper proposed the meanings of self-governance by residents of old communities without property management. The author analyzed residents＇ autonomous system, operational mechanism and or-ganizational mechanism, and explored the issue of self-governance by residents of old communities without property management.
